- Preparation and filing of the application for a court decision on divorce by mutual agreement
- Follow-up and monitoring of the case before the court
- Regular updates and communication with the client regarding case progress
- Providing explanations, clarifications, and factual submissions before the court
- Accompanying the client and representing them in the preparatory procedure for oral arguments, including the submission of legal conclusions
- Preparation and submission of evidence
- Preparation and filing of other procedural motions as required
