- Review identification documents of the seller and the buyer
- Review property/land documents related to the purchase
- Due diligence check
- Conduct legal research and draft/revise the Purchase Agreement, including execution with lawyer’s authentication/stamp
- Negotiate legal terms in cases where the parties’ proposed terms are non-compliant with Cambodian law
- Prepare a payment handover/receipt letter (if required)
- Photocopy and prepare relevant supporting documents
- File and securely retain the executed contract at our law office
