The monthly professional fee of $400.00 strictly covers legal visitation, welfare monitoring, and administrative coordination services. This fee excludes all personal, medical, and third-party out-of-pocket expenses, including but not limited to:
- Daily living and dietary allowances (e.g., $20.00/day allocation)
- Physician, specialist, or nursing care fees
- External clinic or hospital charges
- Prescription medications and medical supplies
- Any requested medical check-ups, diagnostic tests, or specialized health examinations
All such third-party and medical expenses remain the exclusive financial responsibility of the client or sponsor and shall be billed separately.
