- The disbursement budget is intended to cover reasonable case-related and
out-of-pocket expenses incurred as nesessary in connection with the appeal
proceedings.
- The type and amount of disbursement actually incurred shall depend on the requirements and development of the case. Not every category of anticipated expense will necessarily arise.
- Any unspent balance from this disbursement budget upon completion of the case will be fully refunded to the client alongside an itemized statement of actual expenses.
