Which Logo Should I Use?

Primary Logo with Tagline

 Download

Use this as the preferred version for official communications, publications, websites, signage, presentations and partnership materials.


Secondary Logo

Use this version when space is limited or when the tagline would be too small to read.

Stacked Logo

Use this version for square or vertical layouts, posters, social-media graphics and event materials.

Wordmark

Use the wordmark in narrow spaces where the complete logo does not fit comfortably.

Symbol Mark

Use the symbol for profile images, icons, favicons and small branded applications where Khmer Mekong Law Group is already clearly identified.

Colour Versions

Full-Colour Logo

Use the full-colour logo on white, cream or other light and uncluttered backgrounds.

Reverse Logo

Use the reverse red-and-white logo on dark backgrounds, including dark navy, charcoal, black and dark wood.

Black Logo

Use the black logo on white or light backgrounds when colour printing is unavailable.

White Logo

Use the white logo on dark or approved coloured backgrounds.

Do not replace the official red and muted blue with brighter or unapproved colours.

Basic Usage Rules

Always:

  • Use the official downloadable artwork.
  • Keep the logo’s original proportions.
  • Leave enough clear space around the logo.
  • Choose a version with strong background contrast.
  • Make sure all words and the tagline remain readable.

Never:

  • Stretch, compress, rotate or crop the logo.
  • Change its colours.
  • rearrange the symbol, wordmark or tagline.
  • Add outlines, shadows, gradients or effects.
  • Recreate the logo using another font.
  • Place it over a busy or low-contrast image.
  • Use a screenshot or low-resolution copy.

Clear Space

Maintain clear space around the logo equal to at least the height of the central circular area of the symbol mark.

No text, border, image or other graphic should enter this protected area.

Minimum Size

For digital use:

  • Primary logo with tagline: minimum width 250 px
  • Secondary logo: minimum width 180 px
  • Symbol mark: minimum width 32 px

For print:

  • Primary logo with tagline: minimum width 50 mm
  • Secondary logo: minimum width 35 mm
  • Symbol mark: minimum width 10 mm

When the tagline becomes difficult to read, use the secondary logo instead.

Partner and Media Use

The Khmer Mekong Law Group logo may be used by authorised partners, event organisers, media representatives and service providers only in connection with approved activities.

Use of the logo does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership unless formally agreed.

The logo must not be used for commercial merchandise, altered branding, political activity or any misleading purpose without prior written approval.

1. Clear Space & Sizing
  • Always maintain a minimum clear space around the logo to ensure visibility and impact.
  • Do not place text or other design elements too close to the logo.
  • The logo should not be resized to a point where it becomes illegible.


2. Color & Variations

We have different official color that will flexible to use for: 

  • Partnerships or sponsorships with a formal agreement in place with Meta
  • Newscasts and news programming
  • Editorials
  • Books, plays, talk shows, TV shows and film scripts
  • Print packaging
  • Marketing or advertising that appears on TV or online



Primary

 Use only the official logo colors as specified in the brand guidelines.



Mono-Background & Contrast

Only use the mono variations in low reproduction environments when a primary variation cannot perform.

  • Always ensure the logo is clearly visible against the background.
  • Do not place the logo on low-contrast or busy backgrounds that make it hard to read.
  • Use the appropriate version (light or dark) based on the background color.
  • If a monochrome version is required, use only the approved black or white version.

3. Placement & Alignment
  • The logo should be placed prominently and proportionally within the design.
  • It should not be cropped or overlapped by other elements.


4. Usage in External Materials
  • Third parties must request approval before using the logo.
  • The logo should not be used in any way that misrepresents or damages the brand’s reputation.
  • It must not be used in a misleading or inappropriate context.
