- Review identification documents of the buyer and seller;
Review land title and related property documents prior to transfer;
- Conduct legal verification and provide advice on transfer requirements under Cambodian law;
- Prepare and organize required documents for land title transfer;
- Coordinate with relevant authorities and parties in relation to the transfer process;
- Assist and attend the land title transfer process at the competent cadastral authority (if required);
- Review transferred land title for consistency after completion;
