- Drafting of Agency Authorization (Representative) Agreement (English–Khmer)
- Review identification documents of the Principal and the Agent;
- Review relevant documents related to the intended agency arrangement;
- Conduct legal research and draft/revise the Agency Authorization (Representative) Agreement in English and Khmer;
- Provide legal advice and assist in negotiation of legal terms where necessary;
- Arrange execution with lawyer’s authentication/stamp (if required);
- Prepare supporting documents related to the agency arrangement (if required);
- File and securely retain a copy of the executed Agreement at the Firm’s office.
